江苏威奇达药业有限公司（原名：上海现代制药海门有限公司）于2010年2月在江苏省南通市成立，隶属于上海现代制药股份有限公司（以下简称国药现代），是国药集团威奇达药业有限公司的全资子公司。注册资本人民币8亿元，2020年9月更名为江苏威奇达药业有限公司。

Jiangsu Weiqida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Shanghai Shyndec Pharmaceutical Haimen Co., Ltd.) was established in February 2010 in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinopharm Weiqida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and is affiliated with Shanghai Shyndec Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The registered capital is RMB 800 million, and the company was renamed Jiangsu Weiqida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in September 2020.
